Measure your nipples

STEP 1

Place Measuring tape/ Ruler under your nipple. Make sure you are measuring the widest part (just above where the nipple meets the areola)

STEP 2

Measure your Right breast’s nipple, linear, from side to side. Take a note of its size in cm.

STEP 3

Measure your Left breast’s nipple, linear, from side to side. Take a note of its size in cm.
