Any item(s) being returned to us must have been purchased directly from Products purchased from other retail stores must be returned to the original place of purchase, per that retailer’s return policy. Please contact the store where the purchase was made to review their refund/return policy.

You will be refunded the cost of the item(s) purchased minus the shipping charges and depending on form of payment another fee of up to 5% might be charged, depending on each case. Refunds are provided via bank transfer or same form of payment for the purchase price of the item, the method of payment is at www, sole discretion.   • Product(s) must be purchased at full retail price, any form of Sale/ Discount voids the option to refund.

All you have to do is to get in touch with our Customer Support and we’ll arrange for you a return courier service. As soon as your items have been received back at our warehouse we’ll process a refund for you less the courier cost.

Our refund policy only applies to goods that haven’t been used and are in their original, saleable condition. Our refund policy doesn’t apply if the product has been damaged after delivery, if the product has been opened or altered, or dropped or broken. The buyer will need to cover the costs of postage and insurance, and if the product is damaged or lost during transit then this will be the buyer’s responsibility.

If there is a defect in your product and we found it difficult to repair, we must replace it, subject to your compliance with the instructions for use.
We shall refund the paid cash value in the following cases:
1) In the event a manufacturing defect found in the product and is unfeasible to repair or replace.
2) If the product is found not conform to the agreed specifications and cannot be replaced.
3) In case of a defect or malfunction due to the non-conformity of the product with local environmental factors or regulations applicable in the UAE and cannot easily be repaired or replaced.
